Integrated digital pressure gauge with display and control used to monitor hydraulic fluids. It monitors the pressure via the resistance measured on an isolation membrane. The output signal is amplified by a high-precision, low temperature drift amplifier. The signal is then fed into a high accuracy A/D converter for the microprocessor to process and then show on the LED display.

This flexible, simple to operate digital pressure gauge is safe, reliable, and easy to maintain. The DPG104 is widely used in hydro-power, water, petroleum, chemical, mechanical, hydraulic, and other industries.

I will be measuring the inHg in a vacuum vessel and would like the alarm contacts to activate once the vessel reaches zero pressure so that I may close a valve. Do you have a part number for this?

Asked by: Neil Z
Model number you would order is DPG104S-30V (0 to 30 inHg Vacuum). There are currently 6 pcs in stock for quick shipment

How much power does a gauge need ? / How much does a gauge consume ?

Asked by: AllanITMI
Dear Allan, DC powered, Power Supply: 13 to 30VDC Typically these gauges consume around 10 mA or so, but you may use a power supply with greater amperage.

DPG104S-30V, The manual does not really explain if the device is loop powered or has a seperate power supply and 4-20ma output

Asked by: Leonard
Dear Leonard, the unit will be DC powered, Power Supply: 13 to 30VDC + ve and - ve across last 2 pins on the terminal block from the left, please see manual attached below. https://assets.omega.com/manuals/M5703.pdf

Is there a provision to on the gauge for an earth-ground wire? Please provide an image of the back of the gauge

Asked by: OK Mark
We do not have a provision on the gauge for an earth ground, however we do recommend that you use shielded cable. The wiring instructions and diagram is in the product manual.

Can this gauge measure compressed air pressure while retaining stated accuracy of +/-0.25%? The description states hydraulic fluid.

Asked by: ZacharyD
The wetted parts on this gauge are 316 Stainless Steel and NBR (O-ring). It will work with any gas or liquid that is compatible with this material. Compressed air will be OK.

I am using a DPG104-500G to track Nitrogen pressure. When I apply pressure the readout responds, but the analog output shows a value 13130 and does not vary.

Asked by: Stickman
Stickman are you measuring the mA across the first two pins on the terminal block on the back of the unit and reading 13.130 mA ? You might have to contact us at pressure@omega.com or 1800 622 2378 so we can troubleshoot the unit with you. Thank you
