Torque Sensors

The TQ513 series features heavy-duty silver slip rings that provide secure transmission of power and signal, and optional optical encoder for angle or speed measurement.

The TQ501 series is ideal for measuring torque in rotating shafts in a clockwise or counterclockwise directions. RPM sensors are an additional option that can be added.

The TQ514 series has a digital signal that is converted and amplified to a ±5 Vdc analog signal for reduced noise and higher operating speed.

The TQ201 series are for inline use and have a heavy duty mounting for positive, non-slip connections that typically measure the starting torque of motors.

The TQ101 series have flange mounts for easy installation and are ideal for monitoring torque in motor mounts, pump mounts, and machine mounts.

The TQ103 series are compact and easily inserted between a socket and drive to monitor or verify bolt torque in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions.

The HHTQ88 series are precision test instruments, with built-in 12 mm (0.5') chuck and chuck key, for automotive, automation, laboratories, and general industrial applications.

The TQ202 series are designed for flange or surface mounting. The shaft attachment has three equally spaced flat surfaces to assure non-slip mounting without the use of a key.

The TQ301 series torque sensors have heavy duty flange mounts and a stainless steel case for positive, non-slip connections and long term reliability in industrial environments.

The TQ402 series has a stainless steel case and heavy duty mounting for positive, non-slip connections and long term reliability in industrial environments.

The TQ302 series has dual, heavy duty flange mounts for positive non-slip connections and a stainless steel case to withstand harsh industrial environments.

The TQM202 metric series, with N-m units, are designed for flange or surface mounting. The shaft attachment has three equally spaced flat surfaces to assure non-slip mounting without the use of a key.

The TQ502A series is ideal for drive and socket systems in production fastening applications. They can be used for static or dynamic torque measurement.

The TQ601 series does double duty as both a torque and thrust sensor and provides separate millivolt outputs for each. IP 65 protected for harsh environments.
